Harry Kane and Tottenham Hotspur’s players have led football’s tribute to former England international Ugo Ehiogu.
Ehiogu, who appeared for England, Rangers and Middlesbrough amongst others, collapsed at Spurs’ training ground on Thursday and passed away in hospital on Friday morning, aged 44.
Striker Kane took to Twitter to lead the tributes to the club’s under-23 coach, saying: “Very sad day today! Ugo was a fantastic man and coach! Gone way to soon! Thoughts are with his friends and family now! #RIPUgo.”
Other top flight stars, past and present, also took to social media to pay their respects over the course of the day.
